The Kattegat is a narrow passage of the Baltic Sea between Sweden and Denmark – known to mariners since medieval times as a notoriously difficult route. The low salt levels of the Kattegat’s waters were the inspiration for our Kattegat Club Soda. Made from sea water evaporated gently to preserve the salt’s unique structure, it contains minerals like potassium and magnesium – both essential for healthy living.
